I am having 86000 gst mismatch can I get gst notice

Do you mean, ITC mismatch. If yes, then it depends on your total ITC. If Rs. 86000 is 1 or 2% of your total ITC availed, then chances are very less. But if 86000 is more than 50% of your total ITC availed, then it is an issue which may be flagged at any time.
