After processing GSTR-2A and ITC from Doctor, a entries pop up "Debit Entries". what is this can you please explain?

While using GST Doctor ITC Matching Software for ITC vs GSTR-2A/2B for matching, certain entries from ITC Matching have negative values. They are usually reversal entries for adjustment of ITC availed. They are later checked with Duplicate and Not in 2A entries to determine if any such entry was reversed.
