Business Address for GST Registration

If I want to use the presently vacant apartment owned by my spouse as my business address for GST registration, do I need to get into a rent agreement and then get an NOC from her for conducting my business from that address. What if we decide to lease that apartment to a tenant at a later date, after GST registration, would that be a problem?
