Cancellation and Refund Policy

The GST DOCTOR ITC MATCHING SOFTWARE has Free version as well as Pro version. Free version is used for GST Scrutiny and is developed by a GST Officer. Pro version has an additional features called Invoice Wise ITC Matching, developed by Sajal Mishra, founder of GST Doctor. Free version also has limited access to ITC MAtching feature.

For pro version, all the payments are made to Microsoft Store and refund is not provided in case your system does not support the Software.

Hence, it is recommanded that you try the Free version on your machine first. And later purchase the Pro version, if the Free version is supported.
